 First impressions  Sept. 99. were good, definitely feels safer than the blade, knee down within 1/2 hour of being out but nowhere near as fast as the blade. Compared to the blade the amount of mechanical noise is un-believable. The bike was purchased privately in sept.99. with scuffs to the left hand side fairing, due to the previous owner dropping the bike outside my house trying to put in on the side stand.  The bike at the moment has covered 14,988 mls. in the first 18 months by the previous owner without any trouble. I did about 300 miles on the bike before the winter,  riding position is more radical than the blade even though the blade had Harris clip ons. It has full service history supplied by Frontiers. During the winter the bike will be stripped, swinging arm polished ( due to a small scratch when it fell over ).The bike will be painted over the winter in World Superbike colours and fitted with a S.P. single seat unit.

Then and hope it takes as much abuse as the blade.
